I liked the nice touch of a towel at each machine (I forget to grab a towel all the time). The was lots of variety of machines and the locker room was super nice! I will say the guest pass was a little pricey for just a workout. But, if I was getting ready there and taking a class or something, I could see the value.

It was a good 15 – 20 minute massage and really helped after the workout. The Boyfriend liked it so much he is considering switching to the Black Card membership! (Duh.)
There are a lot of good things about this gym. They supposedly cater to «real» people, both fatties and people who just want to go to the gym in a baggy t-shirt and not waste time chugging muscle milk while grunting and flexing in a mirror.
I feel encouraged and not threatened by the coaches and thanks to the heart rate monitoring, I'm able to go at my own pace and do what works for me.

The juice bar made great Clique Aqui smoothies and there was plenty of exercise equipment. Even if we went at the busiest time of day, we usually didn’t have to wait very long to use what we wanted. This is where I started taking spinning classes, and the instructors were so nice and felt like real people, that I just kept going. If you are thinking about joining this gym, I say go for it.
